HOPE (Holy Orthodox Primary Education) Kindergarten thru 2nd grade

JOY (Junior Orthodox Youth) 3rd grade thru 5th grade

These groups together serve the children of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese Of America. Since JOY and HOPE are ministries, the orientation and implementation of the programs reflect the Orthodox Christian Faith, Tradition, and Life.

The mission and goals of the ministries as outlined by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America are to lead our young people into experiencing the Holy Orthodox Faith. Thereby, developing a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and becoming active sacramental members of the living Church.

By laying a foundation of faith at a young age, the young people will have something that will guide and strengthen them as they progress into middle school and high school.

Our group events include activities that combine fun and learning and spiritual development. These activities are designed to help form a basic understanding of Orthodox Christianity while helping the children to interact and make lifelong friendships.
